The two relevant blog entries that precede this entry are from July 5, 2017 when I formed Project Management Considerations, LLC and September 15, 2017 when I resigned my position and entered the Project Management Consulting arena.
It has been an interesting journey so far, all on the positive side, and no real downsides so far. I still had quite a bit of activity on my calendar through my PMI activities and other commitments, but most of that is past me now (I still have a weeklong commitment in April and October for PMI, but those are planned and on the calendar). I am loving the work I am doing, and my passion has been rekindled.
My routine has developed into consulting work activities during the day, and in the evening work on PMI activities, building my brand, and networking. I also balance into both day and evening routines my other endeavor in Renaissance Executive Forums and our Project Management Forum.
Look forward to making more regular updates here (an evening activity), and I have been giving a lot of thought of how to expand this website. I have lots of ideas, and am definitely energized and excited for this journey, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
